FAQs
HOW MANY PHOTOS/PRINTS CAN I HAVE DURING MY EVENT?
Unlimited prints! And you will also get an online gallery with all the prints PLUS every single photo taken during the event!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE BOOTH?
Our team arrives about 1 hour before your run time to set up, test, and dial in the booth, with roughly 30 minutes for breakdown afterward. All of it is included in your package — your run time starts when guests do.
WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO HELP US OPERATE THE BOOTH?
Yes, we will have someone from our team on site for the whole time the booth is hired.
HOW LONG IS THE BOOTH AVAILABLE DURING MY EVENT?
Run time is set when you book, based on your event schedule. Setup and breakdown happen outside your run time and are included at no extra cost.
CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN BACKDROP?
Definitely. Choose a non reflective surface if possible. Good idea to brainstorm with your stylist as well.
DIMENSIONS
We need at least 10 by 10 feet of space, access to a single power outlet, and level ground. Please note that our backdrop stands are 8 feet tall.
